SIMAUPRO, S.L. has been a beneficiary of the European Regional Development Fund whose objective is to achieve a more competitive business fabric and thanks to which the project "CORPAN" has been carried out entitled: "Research in techniques of analysis of state of fermentation of bread dough for the rheological control, automation of the cutting process and addressing of the bushing of bars ".
The General Objective of this project is the generation of an automated system for the cutting of pieces of bread dough by means of blades shipped in a robot with autonomous and continuous recognition capacity of the necessary depth of cut for correct handling of the breadcrumbs during cooking .
This project was carried out between 06 / 2016-02 / 2018 in Simaupro Galicia S.L. As Gándaras Industrial Estate, Orbenlle S / No., O Porriño - Pontevedra. And it was endowed by the CDTI and FEDER with a budget of € 291,218.
